Technical Scope
Foundation piles transfer structural loads deep into the ground where soil is more stable and load-bearing. IFG executes large-diameter bored piles and CFA piles for high-capacity vertical and lateral load resistance.
Equipment Used
- BAUER BG Series Rotary Piling Rigs
- CFA piling rigs with automatic auger monitoring
- Casing oscillators and rotary tools
- Pipe systems
- High-capacity concrete batching units
- Reinforcement cage rolling and lifting systems
Client Challenges Solved
- Supporting superstructures on weak or variable soils
- Reducing settlement risk in reclaimed and waterfront zones
- Delivering deep foundations in congested urban sites
- Ensuring verticality and structural integrity under high loads
